Prompt from Eiiri’s Prompt Foundry, “Pride 2 Disability Boogaloo”.

“Hiiii lovely viewers!” The couple waved vigorously at the camera. “Myrtle and Joel are back for another episode of Proudly Dappled! Today’s video is sponsored by Cosy Carol Cosmetics, thank you SOOO much. Let’s try out what they sent us!”
Joel neatly laid out the products while Myrtle fussed making sure the overhead camera was lined up properly.
“Ok, so, firstly, shout-out to Carol for being willing to send us so many samples. It’s always awkward asking for matches for five different skin tones for the two of us! But she was totally understanding about it.”
“Oh, these ones are mine.” Joel grabbed a set of pots. “This ‘summer glow’ range have extra UV protection, which is perfect for vitiligo patches. Remember, no melanin, no sun resistance! Let’s see how they perform…”
He carefully tried each shade, running through their usual ‘for a video call’ and ‘in person’ tests.
“So, these work better in person than on camera, maybe if you’re dressing up for going out outside they’d be good. Polishes up your look while giving moderate sun protection. Let me try finding a match for my birthmark next…”
More faffing about, more shooting and wiping off and reshooting and painstaking inspections. But finally he was happy to declare a winner. “Ok, it’s kinda easier to see with the birthmark because it’s bigger, but we’ll put a before and after…”
He waved a finger towards the top left then top right of the screen. Even after all this time such gesturing still felt silly, but you had to trust the magic of editing.
“Just like with normal makeup, the goal here is to, like, smooth things out a bit so there’s less visual noise, without hiding what your face is like. We’re polishing, not painting over. You’ll need to find a different channel for those tips. Right, final step, apply to the base skin…”
Special care was given to showing how to blend shades where the different skin zones met. “If you treat it like a colouring book it’ll make everything pop really hard. You want a gentle transition between the colours. Even if you’ve naturally got a pretty clear line there.”
And finally “Ta-da! Now, I don’t usually bother with makeup when I’m out and about, so I don’t think I’d use these products much, but if you’re, I don’t know, the kind of professional who meets clients and stuff in person I can see this being a good option for daytime trips. Add an extra layer to dressing up while applying sunscreen. Over to you, Myr.”
“Ok! Now, my tips are going to mostly be about gradients again…”
“It’s your speciality.”
“Why thank you.” Myrtle theatrically blew a kiss. “So, when doing makeup for rosacea, you need to be aware of where you’re most flushed, and least flushed, and work with that. Otherwise you end up looking like you’re badly trying to cover a sunburn - don’t ask me where I got that description from!”
“She was trying to-”
“I know she was trying to help, but I still nearly freakin’ died from embarrassment!”
“Fair.” Joel murmured, his expression entirely understanding.
“Now, because we’ve got a pretty good range here, I’m going to try a three-stripe gradient rather than the usual two. Let me start with my nose…”

Prompt was “Skin difference”.
